This guy is totally awesome. He knows the law and takes the time necessary to understand your situation. This ARMS him with the necessary facts in tandum with his experience and understanding of the law to maximize the financial settlement of your case. My situation took about seven (7) months from start to finish. And my employer contested my claim. Now, one thing I didn't do was bug him. I don't believe that I ever contacted his office unless they contacted me first. He has a small practice and he gets it done. BTW He did attempt a pie-in-the-sky-settlement. But we fell back to a reasonable settlement figure. But, he did try. You have to be realistic. I believe that my settlement was just. Just a little bit short. But it was acceptable. Particularly when I took the money and bought 1000 shares of Apple Stock for $300.00 a share. I sold it six months later for $576.00.

These guys truly go above and beyond for their clients, ensuring they are well taken care of. They listened to and accepted my case immediately, they traveled to my home when I couldn’t make it to their office for paperwork, and they were always very kind and patient with me. I suffered two injuries at work last year, each of which caused me to lose time at work and gave me a great deal of pain. Before being referred to Van Dingenen, I called four different law offices, each of them told me I was out of luck and there was no point in taking my case because Florida law is written to hurt the employee and protect the insurance company. While hiring Mr. Van Dingenen's firm may not change the way the law is written, it did provide me with what I felt was more than adequate and competent representation. While at times response times were longer than I ay have liked, NONE of my requests or medical needs went without somebody addressing them. I have to admit I am not the easiest person to work with, but Nadia, Natalia, and the rest of the staff were all very professional and communicated with me on every update, big or small. My attorney, Blaze, was able to get me a fair settlement that was more than I expected and which I feel will allow me to seek the necessary medical attention needed to fix my issues as well as can be done. I called them they talked to me, gave me different info and told me different ways things work. After that I let things go, in a while things started turning the ways they said. I tried to talk to others they wouldn't give me the time unless I signed up. I called Van Dingenen a week later. They helped me out. Would not recommend them! He told my husband that he would get well over 3 figures in compensation. $1.28 was not what we expected. Between Van Dingenen Law and his buddy at workers comp, my husband suffered over a year waiting for needed surgery. By the time it went to final settlement, it was much less than promised because my husband became of retirement age which should not have became a factor. One of the two surgeries failed because they took too long to approve it, again I blame the Law firm because no one kept up on it and pushed it threw. We were required to travel several times out of town for meetings we were not allowed to attend. Our lawyer and the attorney for the workers comp played with their new watches and diving knives instead. At the final meeting our lawyer talked to us like we were stupid illiterate people. He was told by the Judge whom we never saw to pay a certain amount which he didn't do. We would never recommend him to anyone!
